The Sayl office chair from Herman Miller is the most economical option, but at the same time, in terms of the number of adjustments, quality and orthopedic properties, it is not inferior to more expensive models. The design includes a special Y-Tower element, which connects the seat with the backrest and creates a flexible frame that repeats the human posture. The lumbar support is attached separately and can be moved in a range of ten centimeters.

The optimal height is when your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are at a 90-degree angle. To change the depth, slide the seat forward or backward.
